Shipping policy
We ship exclusively to the UK and Europe only.
How much is delivery?
UK mainland
If your order is over £25 you will receive FREE First Class shipping (1-3 business days)
If your order is under £25 there will be a small postage fee, charged inline with our postage charges:
UK Standard (3-5 Business days): £2.50
UK First Class (1-3 Business days): £3.50
EU shipping
EU Standard shipping (7-14 Business days): £7 for items less than £30, FREE for items more than £30
Whole orders for authorised stockists are sent via UPS EXPRESS for next day delivery and a tracking number is provided upon dispatch.
Dispatch details
- Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next Business day.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched the following Monday.
- No orders will be posted on UK bank holidays, and will be delayed until the next working day. All orders will be sent to you via Royal Mail.
We ship our items from our office/dispatch centre located in the UK. All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. Given our warehouse locations, customers in UK need not worry about customs as we ship using domestic mail to these locations. We are not responsible for any delays due to issues with the Royal Mail services. This includes Brexit/customs related delays.
