The Beauty Berry Company uses the generally unheard of Sea Buckthorn berry in all of its products, solely for its beautifying abilities. This "beauty berry" is not popular in Europe as it grows primarily high in the Himalayan Mountains where it is called “Holy Fruit’ among the locals because of its many capabilities, includng enhancing beauty.
Sea buckthorn has multiple uses due to its unique profile of over 60 antioxidants and at least 20 minerals, whilst also containing carotenoids, xanthophylls, phenolics, and flavanoids, too. Its an absolute power house of nutrients!

From when your items have been dispatched please allow:
- UK standard (3-5 working days)
- UK first-class (1-3 working days)
- EU standard (7-14 working days)
Orders placed before 12pm will be posted on the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be posted the next working day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be posted the following Monday.
No orders will be posted on UK bank holidays, and will be delayed until the next working day.
Unfortunately, sometimes extreme weather and incidents can cause delays. Please see if there is an incident in your country. If your country states there will be a delay we are extremely sorry, but the extension in the expected delivery time frame is out of our control.
If your order is over £25 you will receive FREE First Class shipping (1-3 business days)
If your order is under £25 there will be a small postage fee, charged inline with our postage charges:

EU Standard shipping (7-14 Business days): £5 for items less than £30, FREE for items more than £30
We ship our items from our office/dispatch centre located in the UK. All customers are responsible for any import customs, duty or taxes. Given our warehouse locations, customers in UK need not worry about customs as we ship using domestic mail to these locations. Customers outside of the UK will be responsible for their own import customs, duty or taxes.
If you’re not happy with a purchase you have made with us, simply return it back to us in its original condition with your order confirmation letter found in your order, within 30 days, and we will be happy to give you a full refund or replacement.

Expiration dates: Please note that all products are sold with a minimum expiry date of 12 months. We expect customers to use or supplement within this time due to the packages that we sell. Customers are not eligible to request a replacement or refund if these are outdated 12 months since purchase.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days of the refund being confirmed by our team to you. We cannot refund any item if: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. This does not apply if there has been delays in this coming back to us as long as we can see on the tracking information that the return was issued before the time given. Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 working days of the team confirming this, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Changed your mind about your order?
If you have decided that you no longer wish to receive your order or this was done by mistake and this has yet not been received, we advise you to refuse the order upon delivery to avoid return fees for yourself. If this is accepted and you still wish to return this back to us please note that we do not cover the return shipping costs of this for you.
Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Beauty Berry Company, 28 Hillyfields Road, Birmingham, B23 7HA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
